Eurosupply AS takes over LNS Spitsbergen Eurosupply Ship Chandler AS

The first year of operation in LNS Spitsbergen Eurosupply Ship Chandler AS is behind us, and we have gained many valuable experiences. First and foremost, that there are exciting development opportunities both in the local market and in the cruise traffic.

However, we have realized that there are ways to simplify operations through a closer integration with Eurosupply's other ship-chandling operations. The fact that Eurosupply is part of Servicegrossistene AS, which has supply agreements with NHO and Systemkjøp customers, makes it easier to look after these customers' interests, i.a. through access to Servicegrossistene's web-shop, delivery agreements, etc.

Although there has been a good cooperation between the owners in this important start-up phase, the parties see advantages in continuing the collaboration in another constellation where each party better can contribute with what they are best at, LNS Spitsbergen AS, a skilled and reliable logistics partner, and Eurosupply AS as an experienced ship chandler. The parties have therefore agreed that Eurosupply will take over the operation and become the sole owner of the company.

The operations will continue without major changes, but based on lease agreements with LNS Spitsbergen for storage, equipment and logistical services. The change in ownership will have no practical significance for our customers.
